OneSIS transition updates

The transition to SRU’s OneSIS Banner for its student information system continues. Please be aware of the following updates and reminders:

  • MyRock Audits are live in OneSIS. Waiver/Substitution exceptions have been migrated, and adviser notes will be migrated this week.
  • The “RPINs and Times for my Department” report from Cognos is not yet operational in the OneSIS environment, but each dean’s office received a master list of RPINs for their college and were asked to disperse to their departments.
  • Class rosters are available to each instructor through their OneSIS MySRU. Faculty can export the class roster to an excel file.
  • The Analytics and Decision Support Office continues to work on migrating Cognos reports to the OneSIS environment.
  • More information, including summer class registration and circumstances where students need prerequisites in the summer for any Fall 2025 classes, is available on the OneSIS FAQ section on the Academic Records webpage.

If you have any questions, call Academic Records at 724.738.2010 or email academic.records@sru.edu.

Take a brand survey about SRU

You are invited to take an online brand survey about SRU, especially if you were unable to attend one of the live workshops, March 24-25. Contribute your voice by taking this 20-minute survey that will further amplify the feedback and insights that were learned during the interactive live workshops. They will help define the human personality and story of SRU. The fundamental questions will answer:

  • Who is SRU at its best?
  • What does SRU need to communicate to be most effective?

SRU’s marketing roadmap research is being conducted by Carnegie Higher Education, a leading reputation strategy firm, and responses to this survey will shape their final recommendations.
