SRU’s degree-granting distance-education programs earned “Best” status in two categories of U.S. News’ 2026 Best Online Programs rankings. SRU offers a diverse array of online programs meant to serve the educational and career needs of learners at all points of their lives as part of SRU’s commitment to empowering students and help them achieve their goals.
SRU received the following rankings:
- #169 for Best Online Bachelor’s Programs.
- #111 for Best Online Undergraduate Business Programs.
- #254 for Best Online MBA Programs.
U.S. News and World Report has been ranking schools since 1983 and ranking online programs specifically since 2013. Rankings are calculated from data that online programs report to the publication in an annual survey, and the rankings of best online programs are created using a methodology unique to this specific style of learning environment. For Best Online Bachelor’s Programs, schools are ranked on engagement, services offered, faculty credentials and peer assessments from surveys of high-ranking academic officials.
