Twenty-three Slippery Rock University students in the Rock Life program have received 2026-27 DREAM Partnership Scholarships, helping bring their college goals to life. Designed for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, Rock Life offers an inclusive university experience.
The DREAM Partnership provides financial assistance to students across 13 affiliated college programs in Pennsylvania. Recipients are selected by the organization’s board of directors, with funding amounts determined by overall availability.
Established by local parents and educational professionals, the DREAM Partnership connects Pennsylvania colleges to expand postsecondary access for students with intellectual disabilities. Their certificate programs focus on preparing students for competitive employment and independent living.
A record 80 scholarships totaling $262,210 were awarded this year to students attending DREAM Network universities.
DREAM awarded more than a combined $50,000 to the following SRU Rock Life students:

- Andrew Connors, from Glenn Rock (Susquehannock HS).
- Ashlyn Anderson, from Mars (Pine-Richland HS).
- Cate Morgus, from Butler (Butler HS).
- Cayla Galbreath, from Pittsburgh (Northgate HS).
- Charles Stanski, from Twinsburg, Ohio (Twinsburg HS).
- Edward Smith, from Sharpsville (Mercer HS).
- Emily Mazur, from North Versailles.
- Eric Connolly, from New Market, Maryland.
- Harper Rilling, from Erie (General McLane HS).
- Hope Allen, from Allison Park (Hampton HS).
- Jacob Zerbini, from Greensburg (Hempfield HS).
- Jayden Turner, from Duquesne (West Mifflin HS).
- Luccia Harpalani, from Wexford (Pine-Richland HS).
- Olivia Smythe, from Leechburg (Leechburg HS).
