Representatives and recruiters from more than 80 companies were on Slippery Rock University’s campus, Oct. 23, attending the annual SRU Safety Expo in the multipurpose room of the Campus Success Center.

A total of 270 students, mostly from the safety management program, registered for the event, where they had the opportunity to learn about job and internship opportunities, and in many cases, interview for positions and field job offers.

The event was organized by SRU’s Office of Career Education and Development. Learn more about other career expos and job opportunities on the office’s webpage. More information about safety management at SRU is available on the program’s webpage.
