Shawn Davis, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of parks, conservation and resource management, received a grant of $94,511 from Northern Michigan University through the U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service. Davis will use the grant to fund a project to help the NPS better understand the perceptions and attitudes of park and refuge visitors toward climate change.
